FAQ
Common questions from school leaders
Straight answers for owners, principals, and registrars evaluating School Org.
Is School Org only for Philippine schools?+
Yes. School Org is built for private K–12 schools in the Philippines — with workflows shaped for the Philippine school year (June–May), DepEd-aligned grading, and registrar operations common in local private schools.
Can we start with just one module?+
Absolutely. Every school starts with School Management (Registrar Core). Add Enrollment, Grading, Billing, HRIS, or Parents Portal when you need them — you only pay for the modules you activate for that school year.
Do you replace DepEd LIS?+
No. School Org helps you maintain accurate learner records inside your school first. You still encode or submit to DepEd LIS through your existing process — but with cleaner source data and fewer re-entry errors.
How long does onboarding take?+
Most schools need 2–4 weeks for initial setup — school year, classes, subjects, and core student records. We recommend starting 3–4 months before enrollment or grading peak so your team is confident before the busy season.
Can we migrate from Excel or another system?+
Yes. We help schools move from spreadsheets and legacy tools during onboarding. Share your current format and we will plan a practical import path — no rip-and-replace required on day one.
Who should request a demo?+
School owners, principals, registrars, and finance managers are the best fit. Tell us your biggest challenge — enrollment, grading, billing, or scattered records — and we will tailor the demo workspace.
How is pricing structured?+
Pricing is per school, per module, billed per Philippine school year (June–May). School Management is required. Bundle discounts apply for Academic, Finance, and Complete Campus packs. Enterprise licenses cover school-wide module access; personal seats are available for teacher grading. Request a demo for a formal quote — indicative Metro Cebu pricing starts around ₱29,999/school year for Registrar Core.
Do you serve schools in Lapu-Lapu City and Cebu?+
Yes. School Org is designed for private K–12 schools in Lapu-Lapu City, Mactan, Mandaue, Cebu City, and across Cebu Province. Workflows follow the local school calendar — June opening, January intake, and LIS encoding season. We onboard remotely and can meet on-site in Metro Cebu when needed.
What is the difference between enterprise and personal licenses?+
Enterprise licenses cover your whole school for a module — ideal for School Management, Enrollment, Billing, and Parents Portal. Personal licenses are seat-based: you buy a quantity and assign specific users, which works well for teachers who only need grading access. School admins manage seat assignment from the employee licenses screen.
Is our student data secure?+
Yes. Each school's data is tenant-isolated with role-based access. Module licenses and permissions are enforced server-side — not trusted from the browser alone. We are happy to walk through hosting and access details on a demo call.
